It very much depends on the type of tool, nature of the fault/damage and how long it might take. We carefully assess each item returned for repair to assess if a repair is viable, and if so, offer a ballpark estimate. Your repair will be carried out by a fully qualified repair technician and each tool is thoroughly tested before it is returned to you.

We provider a warranty on all our repairs. If you buy major brand tools from us, your tools will automatically have a manufacturer’s warranty of usually one year.

  • Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 2 working days of acceptance of order, depending on stock levels and supplier lead times.
  • Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 10 working days of acceptance of order, depending on stock levels and supplier lead times.

Lead times vary depending on product availability, and associated shipping from the tool manufacturers to you/us. Our online system should confirm delivery times at the time of purchase but if not, feel free to call us and we’ll check for you. Please note that due to the vast range of products we sell, most products are not held in stock, and we are governed by supplier delivery times.

Our base in Southampton holds a limited stock of our most popular lines of tools, so we can usually meet urgent or short-notice orders. If it is super-urgent, please call to discuss rather than check online, as orders are coming in all the time and the online store may not be 100% up to date.

All our prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirming the order. If the order is large or exceptionally heavy we may need to contact you to discuss specialist delivery.

For most big brand tools, the manufacturers include a 12-month warranty. However you might also be offered an extended warranty period if you register your tools with the manufacturer, usually online.

Delivery & Service

Yes. We supply tools to customers both domestically and internationally.

All tools are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We have a dedicated delivery team to ensure every package arrives at your premises in optimal condition

Our current prices (as of Jan 2026) are:

  • UK mainland only up to 0.5kg: £6.75
  • UK mainland only courier delivery 0-2kg: £8.75

For heavier items, or for delivery overseas, please contact us for a quote.
Not all items on our website are necessarily in stock and we are limited sometimes by the supplier’s own delivery times.
