Please note:-
1. All prices quoted are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. All service/repairs etc are quoted prior to commencing work.
3. Payment will be required in full before commencing agreed work if you do not have an account with us.
4. A confirmation covering PO number is required before commencing work if you have an account with us.
5. All tools are dismantled to fully establish faults or service required.
6. Unrepaired tools (Declined quotes) will be subject to a £15.00net inspection charge plus associated carriage costs. The tools will then be returned in a disassembled state.
7. Service/repairs tools awaiting action/response will be retained for a period of three months, Then disposed of or sold to recover associated costs.
8. Tools returned under Warranty, must be returned with the correct relevant paperwork (Proof of purchase) prior to inspection.
9. Battery powered tools must be supplied with batteries and associated chargers.
10. Tools requiring HAV test must be supplied with backing pads/sanding discs, drill bits etc (consumables fitted) So we can as accurately as possible, replicate the working conditions of the tool.
11. Rivet guns sent in with pulling noses fitted, we would require a handful of the rivets pulled and the rivet part number, if possible, for testing purposes.
